A 92-year-old guy went to his local Bank of America to make a withdrawal one day, but was turned away due to his ID.

The man was furious about what transpired, so bank managers phoned the police to have him leave the bank and never return.

When the cop arrived, his gesture was not what the bank’s employees had expected.

It appears that the officer chose to handle the matter differently, and his decision and actions earned him a lot of praise.

Officer Robert Josett has been instructed to go to the bank because a 92-year-old man is causing a problem within the bank.

It appears that the ID was expired, and bank officials stated that they were unable to identify him in order to authorize the withdrawal.

The following is a list of things to do if you find yourself in a similar position to the one described above. As a result, the man was irritated.

Officer Josett arrived at the bank promptly, and after hearing what was going on, he decided to do something unusual.

Rather of merely evicting the elderly guy, the police decided to assist him.

Officer Josett offered to drive the man to the DMV to receive a new ID and then back to the bank to make the necessary withdrawal.

As promised, this is exactly what happened. Following that, the Montebello Police Department shared a photo of Josett with the old guy on Facebook, which drew thousands of views.

From there, a slew of comments on Facebook praised the officer’s kindness to an elderly guy in need.

Others thanked him and were astounded by his action because, nowadays, not many people stop to help others when they have problems; instead, people prefer to disregard the troubles of others because they feel obligated to do so.

More and more people should make a nice gesture for those around them and choose to help when they can, especially when they see an elderly person who needs help because the elderly do not know exactly what they need to do, especially now that technology has advanced so much that it is difficult for them to understand exactly what they need to do.

When social media is full of terrible news, we welcome positive and emotional news that gives us hope that there are still decent individuals wanting to help.

The elderly are especially vulnerable to the effects of aging, as seen by the fact that they have fewer teeth than younger people.

For example, an expired ID might cause problems for both young individuals and the elderly.

Some people don’t even know what the method is or what they need to do to get a new ID as quickly as possible, especially if they are in the scenario of this man, who needed money right now but couldn’t get it.

We must learn to be more patient and pleasant to others around us since we will constantly be in situations when we will require these two qualities from others.
