Donald and Melania Trump have shared two decades of life as a married couple. In 2006, they welcomed their son Barron into the world. The lifestyle was intentionally “kept down to a minimum,” allowing Melania to bond closely with Barron, nurturing aspects of his creativity. “In his space, the décor style of the rest of our home is mixed with what he is into: planes and helicopters,” she explained.

Melania emphasized encouraging Barron’s imagination, allowing him to freely draw on the walls of his playroom, knowing they could always repaint later. Recalling a charming moment, she shared, “One day he was playing bakery and he wrote ‘Barron’s Bakery’ on the wall with crayons. Melania’s Slovenian roots play a significant role in their home life as she raised Barron to communicate bilingually with his Slovenian grandparents. Reflecting on Barron’s linguistic abilities, she revealed he was familiar with three languages.

Following Donald Trump’s election win, old clips of Barron speaking with a Slovenian accent caught public attention, reaffirming his childhood love for playing drums, much to Melania’s admiration.
Donald, who has Ivanka, Donald Jr, and Eric with ex-wife Ivana and Tiffany with Marla Maples, expressed an interest in having more children with Melania. However, Melania felt content with their single child, realizing how a busy lifestyle may not support a larger family.
“I was always perfectly fine with one,” Melania mentioned, recalling last year’s conversation with Fox and Friends, reflecting on Donald’s proposal for more children.
