Images Reveal a Rash on Donald Trump’s Neck: What Could It Be?
Recent photographs have stirred curiosity as former President Donald Trump was seen with a notable rash on his neck.
Captured during a Medal of Honor ceremony on March 2nd, the images depict discolored skin just behind his right ear.

According to Dr. Sean Barbabella, provided in a statement to USA TODAY, “President Trump is using a very common cream on the right side of his neck, which serves as a preventative skin treatment. This treatment would need to continue for a week, and it’s normal for the redness to persist for a few more weeks.”
Typrump and former President Joe Biden have both been the oldest presidents in office, drawing attention to their health.
Neck Rash and Prior Health Concerns
Speculations about Trump’s health became prominent last summer when he was visible with swelling near his ankles and noticed bruises on the back of his right hand.

The White House later clarified that he had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency or CVI. This condition means that the veins in his legs struggle to return blood to his heart effectively. Regarding his hands, the bruising was attributed to frequent handshaking and aspirin use. Trump later experienced bruising on his left hand, which he said was due to a minor accident involving a table.
In January 2026, Trump discussed his health status with the Wall Street Journal. He mentioned his routine consumption of aspirin, exceeding his doctor’s recommendation, primarily for heart health maintenance.
In his words to the Journal, “My health is perfect.”
Trump underwent two physical examinations last year, including one with a CT scan, as reported by the Journal.
