Ed Sheeran, the popular musician, has been hard at work on a docuseries that will be released on May 2nd. “The Sum Of It All” delves into the specifics of Ed’s life and profession. He also discusses the health issues his wife faced when pregnant with their second kid. The docuseries’ first trailer was recently released. Sheeran can be seen crying as he discusses the impact his wife’s health has on his own mental health.

Ed Sheeran’s Parents

Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn grew up together in Sheffield, UK, Ed’s hometown. Their connection, however, only became passionate once they reunited in 2015. They were able to keep the majority of their romance out of the public, but supporters continue to celebrate their love. They were engaged in 2017, and one year later, they secretly married. Cherry and Ed Sheeran are expecting their first child in 2020. He shared a photo of Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran’s healthy birth on Instagram.

Cherry’s tumor was discovered by doctors while she was six months pregnant with their second child. This caused them both a great deal of tension and distress. Because she was pregnant, doctors were unable to treat the tumor until she delivered birth in May 2022. Ed announced the birth of Jupiter on Instagram. Yet, he left his admirers in suspense about Cherry’s condition.

Jamal Edwards, his best buddy and career booster, died of heart arrest after a night of cocaine and drinking a few months before his wife’s health deteriorated. He died unexpectedly, tearing the rug from beneath Ed Sheeran. The first episode of The Sum of It All focuses on his death and the challenges he and his wife faced as a result of her tumor. “The loss just took over my life,” Ed says in the trailer.

Disney approached Ed Sheeran with a proposal to make a docuseries about the life and career of The Shape of You musician. It focuses on his ascent to prominence and the path he took to become the well-known music sensation he is today. Ed finds it difficult to open up about his personal life since he considers himself to be “guarded.” “I’ve always been pretty quiet in my personal and private life; the only documentary I’ve ever produced was one about my music,” Sheeran stated in a statement. “When Disney approached me about doing a four-part documentary, I felt it was the proper time to open the door and let people in.” I hope everyone enjoys it.”
