Their eldest child is Sam Michael Fox, born in 1989. Sam shares a striking resemblance with his father and is also carving his path in the entertainment world. He has contributed to diverse media projects, including the insightful documentary about his father, “Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie.”
Aquinnah Kathleen Fox and Frances Fox Schuyler, the couple’s twin daughters, each pursued impressive academic and career paths. Aquinnah went to Duke University, focusing on psychology and the arts, and now works at Annapurna Pictures in Los Angeles. Frances, after studying psychology at Pomona College, furthered her education at Harvard University with a Master of Education and is currently involved in producing work in Massachusetts.
The youngest Fox child, Esmé Annabelle Fox, came into the world in 2001. She’s now pursuing her education at Duke University, enjoying a more private life than her siblings, but she does make occasional appearances on her father’s Instagram.
Despite facing his own health challenges with Parkinson’s, Fox remains steadfastly family-oriented. Sadly, in 2022, the family was met with heartbreak when they lost Phyllis Fox, Michael’s beloved mother. Her passing was a sorrowful period for each member.
