The father of three frequently shared videos of his family’s misadventures on TikTok, where he had over 350,000 followers.

According to his closest ones, TikTok star Bobby Moudy committed suicide. He was 46.

“It is with great sadness that we share the tragic loss of Bobby Moudy,” the family said in a statement posted on social media.

The Mississippi content maker, who had over 350,000 followers on TikTok — where his bio stated he was “just here to embarrass my daughter” — reveled in recounting the escapades of his family of five.

According to his obituary, Moudy was the father of three children, Kaytlin, Maddox “Max,” and Charleigh, whom he shared with his wife Jennifer.

Moudy was “a loving husband, father, brother, and friend,” according to a GoFundMe campaign started by a family friend, but he was also “weighed down by financial pressures.”

“His wife, Jennifer, and their three children are in an emotional and financial crisis because he was their rock,” Mandy Castle, the organizer, wrote.

The account had raised more than $60,000 of its initial $75,000 goal as of Friday morning.

According to his obituary, Moudy died on April 28 at his home in Brandon. He was a passionate outdoorsman, Ole Miss supporter, and loved to express his support for his children at athletic events.

The father of three tweeted a TikTok video of one of his children pretending to be a “annoying fan” on the sidelines two days before his death. His movies were frequently packed with laughter and his children’s diverse misbehavior.

“He was an incredible father, brother, uncle, and friend.” “He had such an impact not only on his family but also on those around him,” his daughter Kaytlin said in a statement. “He was and still is adored by a large number of people.” He will be remembered for the rest of his life. I hope you’re giving Louie a big hug for us. We’re looking forward to seeing you again.”

Moudy also worked in sales and had a 20-year successful career in that industry, according to his obituary. He and Jennifer had been married since 2004.

“He approached life with contagious enthusiasm and a smile,” according to the obituary.

At a later date, a memorial service will be held.
