Bruce Willis has spoken up for the first time since receiving a catastrophic health diagnosis.
It was also at his 68th birthday party!

Willis’ personal life is frequently in the headlines these days…
Scroll down for an update on his condition…

Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, the actor’s three daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore, are all thirty-two years old.

Some would argue he comes from a huge family. He married Emma Heming Willis…
They also have two children, Mabel, eight, and Evelyn, six.

For their lack of drama and strife, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore have long been admired…

In addition, unlike many divorced parents, Moore and Willis have co-parented their children admirably and without drama.

But in 2020…

The divorced couple did something out of the ordinary together. Millions of individuals were isolated in their homes because to the global pandemic…

Demi was forced to quarantine because the lockdown did not include the wealthy and famous… She was with her ex-husband.

In the summer of 2020, she will quarantine her three daughters and their partners…
Willis decided to stay and become part of their big, happy family.

Of course, seeing a divorced couple retain such a strong and healthy connection was refreshing…

And, judging by everyone’s expressions, it created an incredibly pleasant family setting.

Yet there was one thing that everyone was thinking about…

Willis’ present wife, Emma Hemming Willis, reacted to this in what way?

It must have been difficult for your husband to chose to quarantine with an ex…

Yet, she turned to Instagram to comment on the family photo, stating, “Not many can pull off that color!” Squad, you’re looking good.”

It didn’t take Demi long to weigh in on the unorthodox setting.

On Naomi Campbell’s YouTube series, No Filter with Naomi, the actress revealed that she spent the first part of her quarantine in Idaho with her ex-husband and their three girls, then later with Willis’ two younger daughters and his new wife, Emma.

“With the pandemic, there have been many hardships and tragedies, but I also believe there have been many gifts and graces.”

“I personally feel like I was really happy for things slowing down and the time that we had,” she concluded. It worked out that Bruce came and spent time with us and then his current wife and their small daughters joined a little bit later after the kids were out with school.”

“It was truly a blessing,” she remarked of the encounter.

“All that has come up has helped us to rethink what is vital and what has been missed and neglected.” It was incredible.”

Emma didn’t appear to mind at all…

demonstrating her love and trust for her hubby! Willis and Emma’s marriage is definitely robust and healthy…

And their two young girls appear to be content with their loving family life. But, in more recent times…

Willis has stepped away from acting due to heartbreaking news that has dropped on the family.

Willis has aphasia, which is a brain ailment that prohibits cognitive abilities from functioning normally, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Although speech treatment can help, “although most persons make significant progress, few people reach full pre-injury communication skills,” according to the group.

Willis’ family issued a message on social media in response to the news…

“To Bruce’s incredible fans, as a family, we wanted to convey that our darling Bruce has been facing some health concerns and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is hurting his cognitive abilities,” they wrote in an Instagram post. As a result of this, and after careful contemplation, Bruce is leaving the career that has meant so much to him.”

“This is an extremely tough moment for our family and we are so appreciative of your continuing love, compassion, and support,” it said.

“We are dealing with this as a strong family unit, and we wanted to include his fans because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him.”

“As Bruce always says, ‘Live it up,’ and together we plan to do just that,” they ended.

After the news of Willis’ health went viral, several celebrities have expressed their support after learning of his diagnosis…

John Travolta, who co-starred with Willis in Pulp Fiction, paid heartfelt homage to the actor.

In an Instagram post, Travolta referred to Willis as a “kind soul.”

“Bruce and I became excellent friends when we co-wrote two of our biggest songs, Pulp Fiction and Look Who’s Talking,” John explained. “John, I just want you to know that when anything good occurs to you, I feel like it’s happening to me,” he stated years later. That’s how generous his heart is. Bruce, I adore you.”

Willis, as we all know, has been known for many fantastic films throughout the years, and as successful as Pulp Fiction is, he is best remembered as Detective John McClane in Die Hard.

Willis rose to prominence as McClane in Die Hard, and he went on to appear in films such as The Fifth Element, The Sixth Sense, and Sin City.

Despite being stereotyped as a Hollywood tough guy, Willis won a Golden Globe for his performance as a private detective in Moonlighting.

Unfortunately, his medical condition has forced him to retire from performing.

Willis’ career, on the other hand, appears to have a future…

He supposedly sold the rights to his digital doppelganger, allowing him to feature in films without physically being present.

“I was pleased with how my character turned out. It’s a short film in my regular action-comedy style. That is a fantastic opportunity for me to travel back in time. “With the advancement of current technology, I was able to communicate, work, and participate in the filming even though I was on another continent,” he added in a statement.

“It’s a very fresh and interesting experience,” Willis remarked, “and I thank our entire team.”

But, some are anxious about the way this new technology could transform the acting industry.

“Is he even in his right mind to consent to this?” His condition, according to what I’ve heard, also interferes with his cognition. “I really hope he agreed to do this and that no one is taking advantage of him,” one user remarked.

Willis’ family recently provided a devastating health update.

“They realize he won’t be around forever, so they’re making the most of every moment.” “Bruce can’t say much, and it doesn’t appear like he understands much of what people say,” the insider went on.

“There are days when they catch glimpses of the old Bruce, but they are fleeting and infrequent. He appears to be drifting more away from them, which tears their hearts. The girls can’t bear the thought of Christmas without Bruce. It’s been heartbreaking to watch him degrade. “The older girls miss Bruce.”

But now Bruce has received yet another devastating diagnosis.

His family has informed that the actor suffers frontotemporal dementia.

They made the following statement on the website of The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration:

“Our family would like to begin by expressing our heartfelt appreciation for the great outpouring of love, support, and wonderful tales we have all received since Bruce’s initial diagnosis.”

“In that spirit, we wanted to provide you with an update on our beloved husband, father, and friend, as we now have a better knowledge of what he is going through.”

“Since we published Bruce’s aphasia diagnosis in spring 2022, his health has worsened, and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia” (known as FTD).

“Unfortunately, communication difficulties are only one indication of Bruce’s disease.” While this is difficult, having a firm diagnosis is a comfort.

“FTD is a heinous disease that many of us have never heard of, and it may affect anyone.” FTD is the most common type of dementia in people under 60, and because diagnosis can take years, FTD is likely much more common than we realize.”

“Bruce has always believed in using his voice in the world to help others and to promote public and private awareness about vital topics.”

“We believe in our hearts that if he could today, he would respond by bringing global attention and a sense of connection to those who are also coping with this painful condition and how it affects so many individuals and their families.”

“We are only one family with a loved one who has FTD, and we encourage others who are dealing with it to seek out the abundance of knowledge and assistance available through AFTD.”

“And for those of you who have not had personal experience with FTD, we hope you will take the time to learn about it and assist AFTD’s goal in any way you can.”
Then, more heartbreaking information about Bruce’s condition was revealed.

Willis also donned an earphone to help him understand what he was supposed to be doing.

“I know why you’re here, and I know why you’re here, but why am I here?” he was seen asking.

According to one crew member, “someone would give him a line and he didn’t comprehend what it meant.” He was basically being puppeted.”
