The 62-year-old actor, best known for his roles in Blackadder and House, appeared to be in a quite different mood as he watched the low-key ceremony.

Hugh was seen walking his dog on Sunday, only a few days before the launch of his new sitcom Why Didn’t They Ask Evans. Hugh was spotted sporting black jeans and sneakers.

Hugh sat in the sun, keeping warm with a navy pullover and a dark blue beanie. The combination of the two kept him warm.

The interesting murder mystery has an all-star cast and is based on Agatha Christie’s 1934 novel of the same name. The book was released under the same title.

Bobby Jones, the son of a vicar, is played by Will Poulter, and Lady Frances Derwent is Bobby’s daring companion. They work together to solve a murder.

Lady Frances’ aristocratic parents, Lord and Lady Marcham, are also well-known performers, played by Emma Thompson and Jim Broadbent, respectively.

Hugh oversees the show while also appearing in the miniseries as psychotherapist Dr. James Nicholson.

“I liked this book when I was a teenager, and I still do,” he said. The hairs on the back of my neck sprang up when I first discovered the beauty of the fundamental mystery, and they haven’t totally gone down since.

“I’ve grown to love the group of people even more since then, and I consider it a huge honor to be able to tell their story in this way again.”

“I’ll wear a tie for the shoot and give it my all,” I declared.
