The Roloff family, who rose to notoriety on the reality show Little People, Big World, has suffered a number of bereavements.

In any case, the tragedy brought the family closer together.

Matt Roloff, a celebrity, paid heartfelt homage to his father, Ronald James Roloff, who died earlier this year at the age of 84.

Matt, 60, paid heartfelt homage to his late father on Instagram.

“A trying week for the Roloffs… My father… lovingly known as ‘papa’ to his ten grandkids and ten great-grandchildren, went home this evening to be with his Lord and Savior, ” He stated in a heartfelt tribute.

“Ron was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and inspiration to many.”

“Everyone who met him saw how much he cared about others!” His devotion to Jesus was palpable throughout his life, especially in his later years.”

Matt described his father’s dying from chronic lymphocytic leukemia in his writing.

Matt was also bereaved by the death of a brother.

Matt had to say goodbye to his brother far too soon when his father died.

Josh Roloff died at the age of 34 in 1999.

As a toddler, he was diagnosed with significant heart and lung abnormalities.

His legacy carries on via his family even decades after his death.

They even named their book Small Family, Big Values after Josh, writing, “A beautiful son, brother, uncle, and friend who was with us for much too little time in this world. We all miss you and think about you every day, and we hope to see you again one day in the presence of our Jesus.”

Amy’s mother has died.

Amy, Matt’s ex-wife, tragically lost her mother, Patricia Knight, while celebrating her engagement to her second husband, Chris Marek.

“The previous two weeks have been a roller coaster,” she commented in 2019. “Both happy and dismal. “I was ecstatic when Chris proposed to me.”

“It was quite sad because a few days later, my father informed me that my mother was in the hospital, and a day later, my sister informed me that my mother had died. She went away on the 24th. My heart was broken, I cried, and I was overcome with sadness. “I had no idea what to expect in terms of feelings.”

Unless it was before 2012, of course. Tomás Garrenton, Isabel’s brother, will not have met Jacob.

Sadly, Tomás was killed in a train accident.

Jacob’s wife, Isabel, has vowed that her son will know everything about his uncle.

“He’ll know everything,” she predicted a year ago. “You used to make me laugh anytime I cried. So, before you died, you created some lovely music. Uncle Tomás, my son, will know everything about you.”

Isabel had lately lost her mother as well.

Isabel’s mother, Toni Garreton, died two years after her brother.

“Grief is an odd beast,” she commented at the time on social media. “The pain can be so great that you have to slam on your brakes while driving down a road in your hometown that you’ve driven many times with your mother.

“At the time, I thought I smelled her aroma. Please consider her chuckle. All of this demonstrates how much I cared about her. I was familiar with her. All of her memories were returned to me since they belonged to me. We were unbreakable. And this path I took with her is one I’ll take again and again, missing her every time.”
