Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅ› 1 liter of milk
๐ŸŒพ 200 g semolina
๐Ÿฌ 150 g sugar
๐Ÿฌ 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
๐Ÿฅš 1 egg
๐Ÿงˆ 250 g butter
๐Ÿฅ› 500 ml cold heavy cream (for whipping)
๐Ÿช 400 g plain biscuits
๐Ÿฅœ Chopped nuts or ๐Ÿซ grated chocolate โ€“ for decoration


Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine the semolina, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Mix well, then gradually pour in the milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Let it cool.

Separately, whip the cold heavy cream until firm peaks form.

Mix the cooled semolina cream, gradually adding the softened butter. Continue mixing until smooth and creamy.

Assembly:

In a tray, lay down a layer of plain biscuits. Spread half of the semolina cream over the biscuits, then add half of the whipped cream.
Repeat the layers: another layer of biscuits, the remaining semolina cream, and finally the rest of the whipped cream.

Decorate with chopped nuts or grated chocolate.
