Ingredients:

200 g digestive biscuits

100 g melted butter

For the filling:

600 g cream cheese

200 g sugar

3 eggs

200 ml heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

200 g fresh or frozen blueberries

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Crush the biscuits, mix with melted butter, and press into a springform pan.

3๏ธโƒฃ Pour the mixture over the crust and bake at 160ยฐC (320ยฐF) for 45โ€“50 minutes.

5๏ธโƒฃ Let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours, then add the topping.
