Ingredients:
500 g fresh strawberries
3 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g all-purpose flour
200 ml milk
Vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Line a 24 cm (9.5-inch) round springform pan with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Whisk well using a hand whisk.
Add the vanilla extract, sugar, and milk to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
Gradually add the flour while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
Wash and hull the strawberries, then arrange them evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Pour the batter over the strawberries.
Bake the clafoutis in the preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 50–60 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
Once cooled, remove from the pan and dust with powdered sugar.
Serve generously—either on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
