For the cake:
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
60 ml hot water
150 g softened butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
175 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the glaze:
150 g dark chocolate
120 ml heavy cream (for whipping)

1. Prepare the batter:
Mix the cocoa powder with hot water until you get a smooth paste.
In a separate bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
2. Add the dry ingredients:
