“We haven’t seen anything quite like this up to now. Someone that insists, ‘What I decide should automatically become the law. It’s either my way or the highway.’ This isn’t a sentiment shared by most Americans.”
“He’s certainly faced repercussions for his manner and the way he exerts his authority,” Clinton remarked. When asked about what it cost him, he stated, “It has certainly affected his popularity.”
