How to Prepare:

Begin by thoroughly washing the mushrooms. It’s important they’re nice and clean before cooking.

Next, let’s make the tasty sauce. Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves, then place them in a bowl.

To the garlic, add salt, pepper, herbes de Provence, oil, and balsamic vinegar. Mix these ingredients well until combined into a smooth and aromatic sauce.
